I couldn’t be happier with my balayage! The stylist did an incredible job creating a soft, seamless blend that complements my natural hair color perfectly. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she is doing. The results exceeded my expectations—the color looks vibrant, natural, and beautifully dimensional. Coco is so amazing! She always rocks every style I show her (and I change my hair up every 6 months). Honestly so happy I found her, she was the first appointment I scheduled when I knew I was going to be moving back to Washington.

I paid about $300 for a root dye, and the result was completely wrong. The color came out much brighter than expected, with a very obvious difference between my roots and the rest of my hair (even worse in natural light). When I brought this up, instead of taking responsibility, she asked if I had changed my diet and said hair color can change depending on diet—which I have not. That honestly made no sense. Pictures speak louder than words. I paid over $350 for a straightening C-curl perm and ended up with this result (photo attached). What’s even more frustrating is that CoCo clearly knew the perm had failed — yet instead of addressing it, she tried to cover it up by straightening my hair with a flat iron after blow-drying. Even worse, she had the audacity to suggest that I straighten it myself every day. Hello??? What’s the point of paying for a perm if I have to flat iron my hair daily?
