I don’t typically like writing negative reviews but the customer service was lacking. I ordered two drinks and she charged me 3 when I said I only wanted to 2. She said she confirmed with me but she was on the phone call the entire time and even texting mid process to make the drinks additionally dropping one of the cups. And typically it’s not a big deal since it was not that busy but she couldn’t refund me? I understand if it’s a busy point but I was the only customer there… The drinks tasted fine.

Disgusting customer service. Sticker left on screen saying will be back in 5 mins. Lady standing looking at phone. Inconsists drinks absolutely nothing like I had before (lemon yakult) just sweet & no Yakut taste ask to make it less sweet and have been declined. This lady didn’t apologise and went back to playing with her phone. 25 November 2025 you need better staff and training.

I get their fruit teas here regularly. Can't really complain about their tea or the quality of their tapioca pearls. I've certainly had worse. The staff members do their job decently well but can do better with some more warmth and smiles. Overall, it's a reliable bubble tea shop I regularly get my bubble tea from.
