I get their fruit teas here regularly. Can't really complain about their tea or the quality of their tapioca pearls. I've certainly had worse. The staff members do their job decently well but can do better with some more warmth and smiles. Overall, it's a reliable bubble tea shop I regularly get my bubble tea from.
The wrost customer service
非常恶心的一杯奶茶，我于昨天晚饭后购买珍珠奶茶。店员是一位戴牙套的女生。她制作时当着我的面把手指伸进我的奶茶中试温度，被我指出后仍不道歉。声称她的手指很干净，可以饮用，千万别点外卖！人均嗦她手指了。 That bubble tea was straight-up disgusting! I grabbed it after dinner yesterday. The girl making it had braces and straight-up stuck her fingers in my drink to check the temp right in front of me. Even after I called her out, she didn’t apologize—just said her fingers were clean and it was fine to drink. Seriously, don’t even ordering take away from there!
pearls were hard and drink was very sweet despite asking for 50% sugar
