this is my go to coco location and i’ve never had an issue here ever and never thought i’d give a one star to. they recently added kiosks, but kept the register open with a cashier there, so I assumed the cashier would take my order (keep in mind, there’s a cashier plus two other people working in the back, so there’s 3 people on the shift). the guy on register, who I overheard be called something rhyming with the word bank, seemed slightly busy prepping cups with tapioca bubbles so I waited a bit to give him the benefit of ... read more
They’re literally paying attention more to taking pictures on Instagram. They’re their customers and they took my order wrong instead they gave me a slush without bubble bubbles. They should if you’re gonna do a job with a good cause I’m paying.
The website shows they close at 12:00, but they don’t let u order when it’s 11:55. She told me she doesn’t have anything left:)
I love coming here my favorite is bubble Gaga .
