At first there’s no line but the staff asked me to order from the machine. Told the staff the item wasn’t on the order machine but she kept saying it’s there. Tried a few times but nope so I wanted to order from the cashier but staff told me to wait after she’s done making the orders made by people came after me. Finally I ordered a different drink from the machine. I ordered a hot milk tea but it came in a plastic container and tasted bland. Too bad this location went downhill
This place is extremely great and the service and employees are so respectful and the drinks taste wonderful pls make sure yall visit and give it a try
