Don’t tell your friends it’s vegan. Just take them and let them figure it out afterward. We had a wonderful brunch, and everything was so flavorful and satisfying that the vegan label almost feels beside the point. This is simply a great restaurant with genuinely delicious food. You absolutely have to try it.
Everything is out of a can… meat alternatives are processed food, nothing indicated as organic. Out of several ingredients and most beers. Could not figure out how to serve me a glass of mineral water (brought club soda, never exchanged it out); menu specified warm hummus with the Mediterranean Salad, it was straight out of the refrigerator. Great place and I'll definitely go again! The owner and staff were so lovely, and the food was great.
I ordered a latte and when it came out it was WHITE. It tasted like they forgot the espresso and then they tried to charge me $3 for an extra shot instead of remaking it. I’ve been here before so I know what the lattes are supposed to look like so it was upsetting.
