Somebody give these guys a copy of the Dog Whisperer! – I lived in a building overlooking coco and toto's backyard for a few years until recently. I have went in the store a few times to buy toys/other items for my dog and I can tell you the owners are very nice. With that said, unfortunately I would never take my dog there based on what I have seen. They do not know how to take care of or treat dogs properly. "miscommunication" - their favorite word. – Stay away from this sweatshop (literally - they only turn the air conditioning on when it's 90 degrees). We brought our pup to them for a bath and grooming. We wanted her hind quarters and neck area trimmed (it was rather full). They did not trim her at all, and when she came back she shedded up a storm because they didn't brush her. My puppy loves Coco and Toto – My puppy, or I should say dog since he is over 2, has been going to Coco and Toto since we moved to the city about two years ago. He was nine months at the time. He absolutely loves everyone there, people and dogs. He pulls me to the door everytime we are within a block of the entrance. I think that's the best review anyone can provide. I trust them with my 18 year old dog - they are so gentle and do an amazing job! – Hello - I just want to say that I am very protective of my little old dog - she is a Pomeranian. This is the first place where I have ever taken her where she is not scared and always happy and in no way freaked out when I come to pick her up after her grooming. Not only that - she always looks beautiful and happy afterwards. Plus there prices are very good - I will keep going back there. The staff is very sweet.

Bad Experience – I am a huge dog lover and obviously love my dog. Leaving my dog with anyone for a grooming or especially for a doggy day care is something I take fairly seriously. I didn't know anyone who had used Coco and Toto before as I believe it is relatively new. Because it is somewhat convenient location wise, I decided to try it out without speaking to someone who had used them before. Unfortunately, I regret not having done more research. Great grooming service – A wonderful place for grooming. Our dog loves going to Coco & Toto. They do a lovely job and are very flexible concerning pick-up times.
