Beautiful salon, kind staff but it's been a week and I am missing a nail, one is cracked and pretty much all are lifting. Pretty disappointing seeing as this visit cost $150 all together.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon in Alexandria for a while now and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I get dip powder every time and the quality and consistency are always excellent — my nails last a long time and the finish is always smooth and natural-looking. This was my first time getting my nails done. They were open to doing the inspo pic I found on Pinterest, they taught me more about how to take care of my nails and cuticles, and they inspired me to take my nail health seriously and learn to care for them better. It was a nice experience and I trust them :) They also made my nails beautiful before my upcoming vacation.
I was gracious that they accommodated me at the last minute despite my schedule fluctuations. The dip powder manicure was done pretty well, although Alex could not understand some of my requests. The loss of stars was DEFINITELY THE PEDICURE. The result made me inspect my toes for so long that Alex came over to see what the issue was before apologizing to me. Great experience with Nancy for a gel X set! She easily replicated the nail inspo I came in with and truly paid attention to the details in every aspect (shaping, cuticles, length, colors in the design, etc)! They came out super cute and I would definitely get my nails done with her again. Everyone here seems sweet as well. Spoke with team regarding pricing and given the variety of nail types you can get done (I got gel X), just clarify pricing beforehand :) overall great & will be back!
