THE BEST AMAZING HONEST FRIENDLY Travelling through Gulf Shores/ broken door handle and rubber coming up on side rails... called Southern Chevy and they told me if the steps were not GM they couldnt talk to me. Took a chance calling Cockrells and with the first encounter I knew they were good people. Larry was friendly courteous and most kind. There cost on repairs was far less than the dealership and also added a pleasant experience. If they could set the tone for the area I would never leave
door handle I broke a door handle on my suv and the chevy dealership wanted twice the money to repair it and would take twice as long.I went to Cockrells. Oh by the way, they were a lot nicer and easy to deal with. Very Very happy- jack
Always friendly and willing to help. My van has headlights you cannt just get out there with a screwdriver and line up.. I took my van in to the shop to see how much it would cost, since the dealer wanted almost 100.00 for do this. they did it for 20.00 !! WHOOOO cannt beat that.
