**UPDATE** - we are still waiting on the Gold Fortification Certification, having to file in court and go to trial to get what was contractually agreed upon, with hurricane season upon us. His inability to understand the contracts that he signs and to not fulfill them is wild. Beware. Chris is so easy to work with! After one conversation with him, you can tell that he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He always responds quickly.

Consumer beware: Chris Cockrell omitted/forgot required construction items ($10,000 of trusses and $2,300 apron required by city for CO as stated on permit he pulled but got surprised by it during ROW inspection) and expected homeowner to pay additional for these above the contractual guaranteed maximum price, which is contrary to our contract. I hired Chris and Cockrell Contracting to relocate a load bearing wall. I thought MY job would be too small for a company like his, but Chris showed up to give me a quote, and was very professional and thorough in describing what needed to be done.
