Consumer beware: Chris Cockrell omitted/forgot required construction items ($10,000 of trusses and $2,300 apron required by city for CO as stated on permit he pulled but got surprised by it during ROW inspection) and expected homeowner to pay additional for these above the contractual guaranteed maximum price, which is contrary to our contract. I thought MY job would be too small for a company like his, but Chris showed up to give me a quote, and was very professional and thorough in describing what needed to be done.
