Chris is so easy to work with! After one conversation with him, you can tell that he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He always responds quickly.
My husband left a factual review of Cockrell contacting to legitimately warn others, if they are looking for a well organized, professional builder that does what he says he will do, Cockrell contracting may not be it. Consumer beware: Chris Cockrell omitted/forgot required construction items ($10,000 of trusses and $2,300 apron required by city for CO as stated on permit he pulled but got surprised by it during ROW inspection) and expected homeowner to pay additional for these above the contractual guaranteed maximum price, which is contrary to our contract. I hired Chris and Cockrell Contracting to relocate a load bearing wall. I thought MY job would be too small for a company like his, but Chris showed up to give me a quote, and was very professional and thorough in describing what needed to be done.
