Placed an order online for pickup at 08:30. Showed up and the place was closed with the lights off. I understand it's a college town and hours vary but you can't take orders when you are closed. Website and sign on door say they are open until 10:00. And there was a flashing "Open" sign mocking me in the front window. Fortunately my order was automatically refunded after about an hour.
Placed an order at 9:05pm on 6/24. Google said open til 10pm. Drove from campus to the restaurant. Arrived at 9:15pm. Restaurant was closed. Used Apple Pay to prepay for my food. Why does the restaurant take orders for when they are closed. Please let me know when you refund my order.
