Yummy food, great people!
Just tried the Beef Enchiladas for the first time (a family member gave them to me to try). The taste profile is wonderful; no need to add anything to it. Make a side salad and you have one of the best Mexican meals you can get in this area. The quality reminds of the little places I went to in San Diego back in the mid 1980's. I look forward to other dishes made by this company.
