BEEARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT!!! We spent over $15k more to go with Cochrans thinking we were getting this unique product and it’s THE WORST EVER!! They send you the smallest sample where every other flooring company gives you a big sample borard. We wanted larger samples and they said NO NEED it will be exactly how the sample shows. it couldn’t be MORE different than the sample. I received a proposal from this company, but when I tried to pay within a month, they didn’t honor the price they originally quoted. The proposal is worded in a way that allows them to change the price at their discretion at any time, which is frustrating. It would have been more professional if they included an expiration date on the proposal, like most other companies do. While Cochrans was not able to assist me because of their location to me, Mike went above and beyond to help put me in contact with someone who could. Highly recommend this company for quality products and service. The entire team is passionate about what they do and offer only the best for me and my interior design clients.
Great company to work with. Sent numerous samples for us to make a choice. Jerry (salesman) went above and beyond with all my questions and changes to my order. Time to receiving product was superior to most, from time of order placement. I picked up order myself of 2000+ sqft of 6 1/2 inch hardwood pre finished, stair treads, and misc lumbar for a few other projects. The loading process went smoothly. Jerry showed me the facility which is an impressive production. Floors have not been installed yet so pictures to follow.
