I received a proposal from this company and initially planned to move forward. However, when I attempted to make payment within a month, they refused to honor the original quoted price. The proposal was written in a way that gives them the ability to change pricing at their discretion, without clear notice or an expiration date, something most reputable companies include as standard practice. BEEARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT!!! We spent over $15k more to go with Cochrans thinking we were getting this unique product and it’s THE WORST EVER!! They send you the smallest sample where every other flooring company gives you a big sample borard. We wanted larger samples and they said NO NEED it will be exactly how the sample shows. it couldn’t be MORE different than the sample. The proposal is worded in a way that allows them to change the price at their discretion at any time, which is frustrating. It would have been more professional if they included an expiration date on the proposal, like most other companies do.
