Cochran's is one of the best resources for custom, high end home builders and designers! The wood and color selections are beyond what can be done in the field. I had been hesitant to use a pre finished floor in a $6 million build, and it has been a show stopper! The hatteras finish is so chic! Jordan is a dream to work with, he takes time to answer questions but he also takes time to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they want. I received a proposal from this company and initially planned to move forward. However, when I attempted to make payment within a month, they refused to honor the original quoted price. The proposal was written in a way that gives them the ability to change pricing at their discretion, without clear notice or an expiration date, something most reputable companies include as standard practice.
