Bill was very friendly from the git-go. There was a snafu with the delivery, but Bill jumped on it the next day with a fresh bouquet. My girlfriend completely loved it. Her whole house smells of the flowers. Will use them for future flowers.

I was searching online for a local florist to send flowers to family in Port Townsend and found Cochrans Flowers. When I called, Bill was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The flowers were delivered on schedule and were beautiful and fresh. Through our conversation about what I was needing, Bill listened and put together a lovely and artistic arrangement. I would highly recommend using them for your floral needs.
