I was searching online for a local florist to send flowers to family in Port Townsend and found Cochrans Flowers. When I called, Bill was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The flowers were delivered on schedule and were beautiful and fresh. Through our conversation about what I was needing, Bill listened and put together a lovely and artistic arrangement.
