So far, I’ve had a very pleasant and positive experience with the team at Cochrane Toyota. I dealt with Michael (manager), Osram (sales), and Angel (finance), and each of them was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. I was offered the usual add‑ons, which is expected, but I never felt pressured at any point. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Weird, off-putting, stalker behavior from this dealership. I don't own a Toyota, I just booked my car in to be detailed and rented a vehicle the same day from the Enterprise inside the dealership. That's it. I've had it detailed there once before and that's my only interaction there. Cochrane Toyota took it upon themselves to start texting me renderings of my vehicle with my personal VIN # and trying to get me to sell my vehicle to them for specific Toyota vehicles at huge prices. Very disappointed . Purchased a car. Was sold an extended warranty like it was the easiest thing in the world. The kicker was you get a refund if you don't make any claims. Seems like a good deal right? Well - make sure you read everything in any contract from this place, and not just what some sneaky finance guy or sales guy tells you. If you miss anything in the contract, you're just out a bunch of money. What a scam.
Mia Watchel and her lady gang @ the express service center are the absolutely BEST!! Visiting from the US and our rental car tire is having issues. Was able to get a same day appointment & should be out of here shortly. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
