I’m satisfied with the eye exam itself, but I’m disappointed about how much I was charged beyond what my insurance should have covered. The clinic should inform clients in advance about what their insurance covers (which is 100% in my case), but I was charged an additional $90 on top of that. I feel really bad about having to pay both my insurance and the clinic for the same service.
I booked an eye exam and randomly got booked with with Dr. Karch. Honestly it was probably the best eye exam I have ever had. She explained everything so well. I feel like I know what's going on with my eyes better than I ever have, and we made a follow up plan that made sense. I would highly recommend Dr. Karch!!
Got me in SUPER last minute tonight with a reoccurring eye issue. Was in and out with a diagnosis/plan of action SO FAST. Such a great place & glad to finally know what is going on. Thanks again guys !
