Just got a new pair of glasses. Also today, I just got the diabetic eye check. They are so thorough and friendly. I’m glad I found them..
Called first thing on Saturday morning and asked to come in so that someone could have a look at my very painful red eye. I was refused and told to go to urgent care. It would have taken a few minutes at the eye clinic and all day at urgent care. This was poor service in my opinion.
Friday at 5:30pm on the August long weekend. A small piece of steel decided to enter my eye. I called to see if there was any chance to get in and get it looked after. They stayed open late, had the door open when I arrived and rushed me in. Very friendly and helpful! 1st class! Wear your safety glasses!
Extremely polite, friendly, and helpful staff all around. Very good experience here.
