Dr. Gilham is absoultey AMAZING with children. I came home and immediately recommended this clinic to my neighbour. The front staff are friendly and helpful and worked with our confusing coverage so patiently. And bonus the new location is beautiful and spacious and inviting They have FAMILY in the name and everything about our expereince here shows how much they value that.
Just moved to Cochrane, needed an optometrist. After dropping by this clinic to check it out, they swapped my lenses to new frames for free without purchasing anything- that won me over, they deserve my business! Had initial exam today with Dr. Karch- she was very thorough, well spoken, and oozed positivity & friendliness. Excellent experience!
Excellent first experience at Family Vision. Friendly efficient staff. Dr. Karch was amazing! She was funny and very informative at the same time. I highly recommend this clinic.
