Cochran Home Inspections did an excellent job for us. He explained what he found, and what it would take to fix the problem. The pictures he took helped show and explain what he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping for a home.

Chris is an excellent inspector. Very friendly, professional and communicates via email and text to let you know your appointment time. You can pay online ahead of time and that to me was convenient.

I just moved here to Mountain Home from California and found the cutest little home. I hired Chris Cochran for the home inspection and he did such a thorough job. He took pictures of everything and had a written detailed explanation for what I was looking at and what I needed to do to fix it as well as the level of need for that repair.
