Wow! So I came in as a walk-in private pay and the manager said she couldn't see us because she has to please her only provider in the office today they cannot afford for him to leave the company and they couldn't see me and squeeze in a private pay patient for the exam and contacts!!! Bad business I would say you never leave a private pay customer or any customer go!
