Service person came out to do Fall maintenance servicing but did not bring the correct size filter. They are the ones who installed the unit 4 years ago, so shouldn’t they have a record of the correct size? Seems logical to me. The last 6 times they came out they had the correct filter. Then he told me I should go and buy a filter and install it myself! Isn’t that why I’m paying for the service agreement? Very disappointed in this company.
Cochran heating and air was recommended by a friend. I have used them on three separate occasions in the last 7 months. 1st time I had water on my air handler filter. He recommended a modification to the coil and DID this prior to installing a new coil. It WORKED!! The next time he installed a stage 4 air purification system which has worked and reduced allergy related conditions. The last was for a home HVAC system.
