Tyler and Jacob with Cochran complete services did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very well.
Jake is just amazing. He explains everything in detail and shows me pictures of what is wrong and explains all the steps. As a single woman I feel safe having Jake here and I think that speaks volumes!
I admit it can just be coincidence but everything was working without issue and I asked for the maintenance visit that is discounted with my membership. At the end, I was told that one of the breakers had its "final click" during this visit and it would be several hundred dollars to replace. My son's room had gotten to 90 degrees already so I approved it. I went from all A/C working to needing a new breaker in order to have working A/C as part of the maintenance visit. Downstairs HVAC replacement with Rheem variable speed fan with EcoNet thermostat. Very happy with installation and equipment. Thanks to Mike for getting the install completed today after the factory CU fan was faulty. He had to get a replacement sent over from Lawrenceville at 4:00 this afternoon to complete the job.
