The Big O Tires side of the business has always been great. The Express Lube side is 0 for 2 on oil changes. Two different vehicles, two oil filters that were not tightened properly. The first was obvious, and started spewing oil on my driveway immediately (they did fix it and it seemed to be done right the second time). The other vehicle took a month or two, but when I saw it leaking on my driveway I took it to the dealership. They found it was a loose oil filter.
