I agree with all the other reviews No professionalism at this place Just like going to the cancer place by the hospital thses guys are just making money and doing nothing good for me
Unless you have a lot of money to blow, avoid this place like the plague. The staff is incompetent, they bill you incorrectly, and then come after you for more money after the fact. They have a grievance officer who doesn't even respond to your letters.
***TERRIBLE PLACE! GO HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!*** Service is awful. Staff are overall rude and appear incompetent when it comes to explaining their procedures and policies. They don't return phone calls and it's always 'someone else that's dealing with it'. I was referred to this company by another optometrist after having a standard eye exam for glasses (which was covered by my eye insurance), as the pressure in my eyes was reading high. I have nothing good to say about my experience with this place. I would not recommend this place to my friends. While the consultation with the doctor was good, the reception and its staff have zero customer service. I was incorrectly billed and they are unwilling to make amends, leaving me to pay for their mistakes. Horrible, HORRIBLE... I wish I had seen the other review about this place. After venting to my co-workers, its been confirmed that this practice is not highly recommended.
If I could give these people a half star or less if I could. They are Fu**ing crooks! My wife and I went there to get the normal exam and a pair of simple glasses each. First they told us that we did not have insurance and that we would have to pay cash this of course is after I called and the only reason we decided to go to them is because they were the only local eye doctor our insurance company covered.
