TERRIBLE Service. Unreasonable delays. Won't return calls.
I had a wonderful experience here at Coco. The receptionist was very sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rich was incredible. He was very educated about all things related to shoes, orthotics, splints, and feet in general. Not only that, he was very gentle and kind and made me feel so comfortable. I received my shoes within a reasonable amount of time and I have nothing bad to say about Coco. I don't leave many reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience here that I needed to share. 10/10 recommend Coco!!!
Please don't go here, I wish I would've reviewed more options before giving them my business. It's now two months +since they ordered my inserts, the knowledgeable and friendly male practitioner told me they would be made on-site and available in two to three weeks. Although he was nice he lied,, my inserts were supposedly sent out to a place that was "very busy".I called every two weeks or so only to be told they would send a message to someone who would get back to me, in which they didn't. they helped my son with a brace from age 8 to 16 and made good orthotics for me. Very knowledgeable, professional, caring.
