After being told I needed $3,600 in repairs for a new electrical panel box, a new 100 amp service line, permit and moving the meter to the outside of my house I still had the same electrical issue(voltage being felt in the bathtub hot water faucet). After all the work was said and done....was told oops it was just a damaged wire in the basement??? ........ Update: we were able to negotiate and come to an agreement for all the work that was done.
The service we’ve received has been not only exceptional but also completed in a timely fashion.
Tom and his crew were great. They added 3 circuits in our basement with lighting and scheduled the electrical inspection. Very professional.
We called at 8:30 AM; they were here by 9:30 AM and the problem was fixed by 10:30 AM. Jon was polite and highly competent. Would absolutely use them again.
They saved our house from burning down by finding problem & fixing it ASAP! 5 stars!!

after two other "electricians" were unable to help us, we called dr. electric after hearing a radio commercial. they were great. our problems have been fixed and I feel confident in their work. safety has no pricetag. thanks joe & jon!
