Staff is excellent on the window. They do have a chart of the BOL/pick up numbers. There’s a small form you have to fill out. Loading time is not that quick it takes anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. And when you leave you, gotta make sure to put two straps on the load. But the staff I can say they do have a friendly face.
