I had a very positive experience dealing directly with Coby over the phone. I initially texted him and he called me soon thereafter. We discussed my termite concerns over the phone in depth. I got the impression very quickly that Coby not only knows his craft but he's very passionate about it, too. i thank you for your response - but too bad it's all untrue - i did call your office several times and was specifically told that you did not cover any interior walls, etc - even your son told me and my neighbor that - and this was after me paying the additional warranty fee for 3 years - this is no help at all to me - thanks for the rip off - my kitchen cupboards were not the only problem - when your son did offer to treat the cupboards the price was outrageous - i don't anyone that could afford that - and it had to be paid... read more
