i thank you for your response - but too bad it's all untrue - i did call your office several times and was specifically told that you did not cover any interior walls, etc - even your son told me and my neighbor that - and this was after me paying the additional warranty fee for 3 years - this is no help at all to me - thanks for the rip off - my kitchen cupboards were not the only problem - when your son did offer to treat the cupboards the price was outrageous - i don't anyone that could afford that - and it had to be paid... read more
I have not had too good of an experience with this company. I used them for their tent less service. Not once did they tell me that this service did not include any interior walls/cupboards, etc. I've paid for their warranty service for 3 years now and it wasn't until last year that I was informed that this only includes outside walls. Maybe if I was informed of this earlier, I may have gone another route or at the very least, given options? The only option given was to pay an additional cost to treat the interior walls, etc... read more
