My sister introduced me to this lovely family business. They are so friendly, in such a genuine way, that I’d absolutely no worries, leaving some of my best pieces with them to fix and alter. Karen and her delightful parents made me feel so welcome and Karen keeps you informed by text, whenever your pieces are ready. After losing a diamond from a very sentimental ring, Karen guided me with care and expertise, arranging for the remaining stones to be reset into a beautiful new ring. The whole process was handled with so much kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

We travelled up from Belfast to look at some vintage Sapphire engagement rings and Karen delivered. Not only was she friendly and attentive, she made the entire experience feel as special as it should. My partner and I had only tried on rings from bigger jewellery chains but that was completely eclipsed by our experience at Cobwebs. Absolutely gorgeous pieces for very fair prices. Karen could not have been nicer and gave great advice on everything looked at. She has such a wealth of knowledge and really has a passion for jewelry, I'll definetly be back again
