Friendly and great customer service, everyone is very knowledgeable.
Need to train new customer service associates before you put them in front of your customers. Went in for a couple of fittings and a some pipe. Should of taken five to ten minutes. New associate behind the counter was friendly but had no idea what he was doing. Could not locate product, could not generate my invoice accurately, tried to overcharge me, and after processing my payment could not locate item purchased.
