They will always check with you before making any modifications to the installation or repair plans. They also keep complete records of the work that was done. You can't ask for a more dependable local business!
The owner is very professional & the company has in business for generations. I did get three different estimates before I chose Coburn to compare prices & I went and look at other roofs that Coburn Roofing has did. I was very please with my roof & it takes a lot to please me. The workers were on time, they clean up behind themselves. When I requested something or add on extra the workers was willing.
