We just had our first appointment with Dr Coburn and she is outstanding. She took our apprehensive child and within moments had her at ease. Our experience was phenomenal. Just an "fyi" it takes time to dilate a child's eyes and they do it in a 2 step procedure. It always takes me at LEAST 2 hours at my Opthamologist. You decide....do you want your child to have a pleasant experience vs being scared and afraid and not terrified to return. I'm happy to wait.

Placed on hold for like 30mins just to make an appointment to end up talking to someone else who had no idea about why was I placed on hold, again placed me on hold to look up for me and same thing had to explain myself to someone else, extremely rude receptionists!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE LADIES YOU HATE YOUR JOB YOU ARE IN THE WRONG FIELD GO WORK FOR CONSTRUCTION WITH THAT ATTITUDE.
