Review above for wrong clinic - the problem was Coburg urgent care.
Absolutely terrible wound care - left dirty infective material (blood shaves stained dressing) on bench beside the bed, then got offended when a (nursing qualified) parent asked the nurse not to use non sterile material to touch a surgical wound, the nurse walked off and another nurse asked where the parent did their nursing qualification and suggested the parent lacked knowledge! The lack of knowledge shown by nursing staff was a real problem. Just hope nobody gets a clinic acquired infection. So unprofessional.
I’ve had a great experience at Coburg Medical Centre recently. I want to especially thank Atol at reception, who was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful. From booking the appointment to checking in, she handled everything smoothly and with a friendly attitude.
