Hi, I regularly buy your white loaf, but I’ve noticed quite a big difference in the bread this month. Has there been a change in the baker, or maybe an issue with the oven? Twice recently, the bread was not fully baked inside, and I had to come back to exchange it. Today’s loaf has a different problem — it’s much too big! It doesn’t even fit in my toaster. I really like your bread and buy it often, so I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully the quality can go back to how it was before. Thank you!
