I really like they sourdough varieties. My son loves the puff pastries. Just a bit overpriced though. Very friendly staff.
I walked in today carrying my hypoallergenic dog and was immediately confronted by a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She claimed dogs are not allowed “because of fur.” I calmly explained that my dog does not shed and that I was holding her, yet she refused to listen and ordered me to leave. There is no signage anywhere stating that dogs are not permitted, which makes this even more unacceptable. Such a kind group of staff! Went in to buy a scone and they gave me two on the house. They made my day :)
Your employees have to realize people with disabilities as autism, go into your bakery.. I did not appreciate being shouted at by the person working at the counter. After I left your store, I was having an autism overload and a bad anxiety attack. People with autism have sensory issues and with all that yelling that is overwhelming to your disabled customers. I know it gets noisy in there, but you have to understand you can’t be yelling directly at people with autism.
