Went for dinner rolls on Christmas Eve at 11am. They were in the oven so we waited. We were second in line but when the buns came out there was no system for how people were served and people just went to the front and were served randomly by various staff and they were out of rolls before we were served. I was especially frustrated by the employee who said "there was nothing we can do" -- like have an orderly line to wait for dinner rolls?! I was served by Heather and her warm greeting and service were amazing. Such a positive and happy young lady. Cobbs has never disappointed me. Keep up the amazing work!!!
The baked goods are excellent! But unfortunately, lately, the service has gone downhill. We have been loyal customers at cobs for years, and in our recent visits, it seems they want us to hurry up. I understand it’s busy sometimes, but even when it’s not, they seem to not have patience for us to choose between all the delicious baked goods. I love the samples! And I love the baked goods and breads!
