The customer service here is stellar. A very nice gentlemen helped me redeem my free birthday cinnamon bun here and he was so kind, positive, and welcoming. The cinnamon bun was fresh and delicious with cream cheese icing. Amazing!
I’m not one to really make reviews but I’ve been a loyal customer for years and made a special trip on my birthday to get a birthday cinnamon bun, only to be told I couldn’t because there was no coupon in my account, I was never told I needed to download the app, also my account was collecting points so not sure about this. I am a regular customer here, but I had a very bad experience today. I ordered two mini pizzas and two Buffins. The staff member, Carmelaza (not sure if I spelled the name correctly), seemed very annoyed when I asked her to warm up the food. She sighed loudly (puffed) and looked at me with anger. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed.
