Great staff.... I usually stop by early in the morning and it's a great way to start your day meeting friendly people.
When i walked in, I was greeted by a very cheerful man (the baker?) who helped me with my purchases. He offered me samples of bagels with toppings and we discussed the delicious food available. Great little shop, very nice people, excellent baked goods. Tucked in the northeast corner of the Plaza. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible, if you're careful. Worth the trip.
