Sarah is amazing, everytime I pop in she's always so happy and pleasant! Great experience, the bakery is so good, always fresh and baked well. They have some nice treats as well!
Lady at front acts bothered
My wife always does a big order at holidays so she calls it in ahead of time so we get what we want and it helps the store line move quickly. We did this most recently at Easter. Unfortunately, for the third time in a row we did not get our full order, despite showing up early in the day. Erin behind the counter advised that we "sold your croissants to someone else". I’ve visited the COBS Bread location a few times around 9:00 AM to purchase sourdough bread, and on multiple occasions I’ve been told it can’t be sliced because it’s still too warm from the oven. I understand there may be guidelines to protect the slicing equipment, but it’s frustrating as a customer—especially since the store opens at 7:00 AM and sliced bread still isn’t available a couple of hours later.
