I’ve visited the COBS Bread location a few times around 9:00 AM to purchase sourdough bread, and on multiple occasions I’ve been told it can’t be sliced because it’s still too warm from the oven. I understand there may be guidelines to protect the slicing equipment, but it’s frustrating as a customer—especially since the store opens at 7:00 AM and sliced bread still isn’t available a couple of hours later. Exceptional customer service, great tasting and high quality products! Edit m (Feb 2026): I had to reduce the score for service. Since lately I have noticed a drop in service, with the new staff.
