This morning I was at Tim Hortons and decided to pick up some bread from Cobbs and try it out for the first time. Before I entered a young lady came out of the store crying. After asking if she was ok, we proceeded to go to Tim’s. I bought her a drink with the hopes of calming her down. She explained the situation to me and though I know there are two sides to every story, I wasn’t impressed by how the store handled this situation.
