I always enjoy Cobbs. Great product and usually friendly and efficient service. Today not so much. I went in, the customer service person (older gentleman in great shirt) barely said hello. The lady next to me was offered a sample (they had some in a container on the front counter. For some reason, no offer for me. I purchased what I needed, and the transaction ended.
