What a great neighborhood bakery!
If you put in an order you have to order 2 days in advance which is totally fine just don't expect it to be ready for the time you specified and expect terrible customer service to boot. Just a shoulder shrug and its not our fault...well who's fault is it? They had 2 days to prepare...the lack of responsibility is mind boggling and still full price no discount.
Very disappointing experience with the COBS Bread Lawson Heights location. We regularly order COBS gourmet hamburger buns for BBQs we host for our residents and guests. As we have done in the past, I placed our order one day in advance, and it was accepted without any issue. Then, at 6:30 this morning—the day of our event—I received a call letting me know that the ownership had changed, that orders now need to be placed at least two days in advance, and that they would not be able to fulfill our order.
