excellent,friendly customer service
This was my first time getting an eye exam in Australia. Since I’m not very fluent in English, I was quite nervous, worried that I might not understand everything. However, the optometrist and Pam were incredibly kind and patient. The optometrist conducted a very professional eye exam, and the lovely Pam, was so adorable and chatted with me in a humorous way. The entire process of getting my glasses was very pleasant and relaxing.
