They seem very honest and do great work
Worst upselling. Went in for brake pad replacement. I had a Groupon and was pretty sure I needed rotors since it is been a while. First of all they don’t take appointments as mentioned in the Groupon. I had to visit them twice to get my vehicle in for same day repair and both the times I went at around 8 am. This is ridiculous. They are always busy and could not even manage their schedule with appointments. The second part is even worse. Great service and great price for tires. They also did an alignment and balanced all 4 tires!
Called to make an appointment for oil change like I used to in the past , was told they no longer do appointments that I have to drop off my vehicle at 8:00 am time when they open,so unprofessional I thought well probably they are too busy to do appointments. I took the risk o boy I regret it so bad, they f… up my windshield tint as you can see on the photos I went back to show it to the guy and he blamed it on the old tint said that the tint is too old and is peeling off and that there’s nothing they can do.
