They do great work! I got some new brakes put on my honda civic about 3 years ago with zero issues. Just took in my wife's minivan for some new brakes and they replaced those with quality parts as well as identified the source of a clanking noise (needed new tie rods). While it is never fun paying for repairs, they were able to get that done as well for a reasonable price.
I had a very disappointing experience. I was told that both my front and rear brakes were in bad condition and that all four rotors needed to be resurfaced, with the rear brakes supposedly being in worse shape. I was quoted $600 just for the rear brakes, and over $800 for both front and rear. Since I couldn't afford the full amount, I agreed to have only the rear brakes done for $600.
