Caution to anyone thinking of purchasing stone from this company. My order was sent out the wrong size the first time and the wrong color the second time. Extremely stressful process to get these folks to make right on a $5000 Stone order. Maybe small stone orders such as mine are placed on the low priority list.
Your stone is either horribly inconsistent or you are delivering the wrong products. The stone put on my house looks nothing like the sample I was shown by my builder. The sample had variation and depth of color and lots of grey in the chipped off places and the stone installed is all the same tone and has none of the grey tones in the sample. Will never recommend this place. So disappointed as this is supposed to be my dream house and forever home.

Excellent service, sales rep gaves us a tour of the facility and explained the process of making different stones. In my opinion it's bad to paint a company just because you're not able to speak Spanish maybe it's better to learn it and be able to communicate with people before judging.
