Muy mal servicio, me vendieron unos metales para un Kia 3.3 y luego de armarlo al encender el auto unos 20 minutos después el motor se amarró. Volví para tratar de conseguír una solución pero no se hicieron responsables; tengo todas las pruebas, no se hicieron responsables por repuestos perdí la mano de obra y los metales
I had a terrible experience with this machine shop. They gave me one price at the start, but once the work was supposedly done, they changed the amount and demanded I pay the higher price. When I questioned it, they threatened to keep my cylinder head if I didn’t pay what they were asking. The owner was extremely disrespectful during the whole interaction, showing no professionalism or honesty. This is not a trustworthy place to do business — I would never recommend them to anyone.
Dropped off my short block 5.3 and heads to get machined there. When I went to pick them up I noticed my block had not been decked. Now I assumed that when I wanted the block machined and honed that would be part of the process right? Wrong not part of the process at all they even left the oil galley barbell plug in the block. This used to be a reputable shop, but the original owners’ employees/family members are not trustworthy. Three years ago, I had a head job done for a reasonable price - they stripped the head, cleaned the valves, replaced stem seals, etc. This time I was working all week so had my wife drop it off. They quoted the same price as before (same model head). They ‘finished’ it in a few hours instead of a week.
