No lo recomiendo, su nivel profecional esta por los suelos tanto en trabajo como en servicio al cliente. Les compre una cabeza y venía mal reconstruida por ellos mismos; se las regrese porque se instalo y no habia compresión y dijieron que estaba buena, la lleve a otro taller de su competencia, la reviso y rapido se dieron cuenta que estaba reventada. Regrese con las pruebas y lejos de tomar la responsabilidad... se molestaron! Que pena! no vuelvo como cliente a ese lugar.
No cumplen con lo que dicen
Muy mal servicio, me vendieron unos metales para un Kia 3.3 y luego de armarlo al encender el auto unos 20 minutos después el motor se amarró. Volví para tratar de conseguír una solución pero no se hicieron responsables; tengo todas las pruebas, no se hicieron responsables por repuestos perdí la mano de obra y los metales
I had a terrible experience with this machine shop. They gave me one price at the start, but once the work was supposedly done, they changed the amount and demanded I pay the higher price. When I questioned it, they threatened to keep my cylinder head if I didn’t pay what they were asking. The owner was extremely disrespectful during the whole interaction, showing no professionalism or honesty. This is not a trustworthy place to do business — I would never recommend them to anyone.
