I took my car in for service and there was no shuttle service available. When I picked up the vehicle the driver's floor mat was quite dirty. I took a picture of the mat and showed the service department. There was no one available to vaccum the mat. The service manager didn't seem concerned at all, he said they don't use floor mats and it just shop dust. I had just washed and vaccumed the car in the morning.
I had a very bad experience with NASH and Eddy at Kia Cobourg. They kept pushing me to give a $1,000 down payment, but it’s good I only gave $500 instead. There was no signed agreement saying it was non-refundable, and we didn’t file any financing forms, yet they refused to return my $500 when I changed my mind. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this dealership. NASH THE SALES MANAGER GIVE BACK MY $500! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was so disappointed with how Nash and Eddy reacted to my friend that was trying to get their deposit back. No agreement was signed that the money was non-refundable, my friends was so upset and $500 earned money is gone in a blink. I don’t recommend this dealership at all. I’m very disappointed.
