Just bought a used vehicle from Cobourg Kia. All staff were very very helpful and knowledgeable. Our lovely sales rep, Anastasia went above and beyond explaining all the technical attributes to a couple of seniors. Peter worked hard to get us the best dollar for our trade-in. Kathleen and Mark were a pleasure to deal with in financing and we can actually say we definitely enjoyed our interaction with both of them. I had the pleasure of purchasing a used SUV from Cobourg KIA and must say that I was very pleased with the service I received, from Sam in Sales to Catharine in Finance and the GM, Peter. I literally bought the vehicle the same day, it was so simple and convenient. The vehicle has been on the road for almost 2 months now and I am happy with the purchase. I have been a customer with this dealership since 2009 and have nothing but positive experiences with the staff, including Matt and his team in Service.
We really enjoyed our experience at Cobourg Kia. James was really helpful with getting us set up with our new Kia Niro PHEV, and was very patient helping us with our tech learning curve - our old car was 13 years old. Everyone there, Mark and Peter were friendly, too. We’re happy to be driving a more environmentally friendly car.
Cobourg Kia The best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. If you are nervous, or unsure about buying a car, come and see sales consultant Sam he will put you at ease with no pressure or pushy sales tactics. He was genuinely helpful and thoughtful, this also goes for the Manager and the finance staff as well. This is the friendliest dealership, and I highly recommend. We recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento at the Cobourg Kia dealership. I would very much like to thank the Kia team that guided us through our selection process. Anastasia, our sales rep for her patience and assistance. Catherine, who led us through and explained all the paperwork and warranty coverages and finally, Peter the manager. Their welcoming and friendly attitude made this an enjoyable experience, which will definitely bring us back again.
