I recently entered into a purchase agreement for a vehicle and experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered from both the finance manager and senior management. During my meeting with the finance manager, I clearly and explicitly declined rust proofing and all additional products. Despite that, $1,599 for rust proofing was added to my bill of sale.
