Just acquired my 2026 KIA Seltos from Cobourg KIA this week. Outstanding, professional and courteous service, from General Manager Nick, Financial Manager Ahilan, and a special shout out to Megan Adlam, who guided me through the process with confident ease. Parts Manager Steve Smith is my long time friend and car confidant, who thankfully convinced me to avail myself to Cobourg KIA! Highly recommended.
Recently my battery died. I called KIA right away and they said to bring it down, even though they were booked. Matt, service department, is the best guy to have for greeting customers ever. Initially made an inquiry by phone , sales rep. James Finbow emailed us specific information on the model of the vehicle we were interested in, continuous communication was appreciated. The process of purchasing a used car at Cobourg went quite well. I had a lot of technical questions which were answered promptly and accurately. They put it up on a hoist so I could check for rust at my request. Sales Rep, Megan Adlam and all the staff were very pleasant during the process. After a couple of weeks of ownership, my wife is happy with the vehicle ( 2018 Optima). Steep learning curve going from a 2005 Pontiac Vibe to a 2018.
