They were quick to cancel my appointment the day of. I was running a bit behind. So it's okay for the patient to wait 30 minutes for the doctor to be "ready to see you," but the patient has no room to be slightly behind due to weather conditions. First and last time booking with Melissa Herrmann. I won't be back to this place. I don't recommend it.
First appointment they made me wait 30 minutes, fine. I waited, no problem. My second appointment, I am 10 minutes late and they tell me Melissa Herrmann won't have time to see me. So, basically no grace period for the patient. I won't be back.
Lakefront optometry has got to be the best spot to go and have your eyes checked and to get your glasses there were so amazing there helpful,kind, funny , there for you, I got to see the doctor Melissa she was very good, and carlene and holly were amazing with helping me get through my new glasses , I highly recommend this place to anyone
Awesome hometown service, Very friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and professional. I see customers leave smiling
My MIL just saw Dr Hermann who was both thorough and patient, and Mom picked out two pairs of glasses with the kind help of the two very knowledgeable optometry assistants. Her frames were reasonably priced for the quality, and the total was less than I'd expected. Would recommend!
