I just called to order flowers for a coworker’s father’s funeral, and the experience was wonderful. The woman who answered the phone (she mentioned she was still in training I wish I got her name) was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She even went the extra step to verify the details of the memorial to make sure everything was just right before finalizing my order. Excellent customer service—thank you for making a tough task a little easier.❤️
I would like to say that they were very helpful. I showed up 4 minutes to 5 and needed some flowers, they went above and beyond to help. Even after I dropped them in the rain running to my truck, she still was willing to fix them. Thank you guys so much!!!
