I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coble’s! With very little notice before our wedding, they stepped in and completely saved the day. What was becoming a very stressful situation turned into something truly beautiful thanks to Shonda’s kindness, talent and wellness to help me was a life saver! I had an in-person consultation with Cobble Creations on November 24, 2025, and the meeting itself went great. I left excited and fully intending to book. I was told I would receive my floral quote by December 8 due to the Thanksgiving holiday, which I completely understood. Unfortunately, after that, I experienced repeated missed deadlines and poor communication. I just called to order flowers for a coworker’s father’s funeral, and the experience was wonderful. The woman who answered the phone (she mentioned she was still in training I wish I got her name) was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She even went the extra step to verify the details of the memorial to make sure everything was just right before finalizing my order. Excellent customer service—thank you for making a tough task a little easier.❤️
