We just moved into our second Coblentz home this summer. We essentially took the plans from our first home (built in 2011) and customized them to fit our now, busy family life. We omitted a two story great room and replaced it with an upstairs loft, omitted the dining room in lieu of a 5 car garage and upgraded the ceilings to a 10’ height on the first floor to accommodate for decreased square footage.
