Great place, good parking, helpful staff, clean.
I visited the emergency department recently and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the triage nurse was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. She took the time to truly listen and understand my pain, which immediately made me feel calmer and supported. The nursing staff and the doctor who cared for me were both professional and reassuring. Big thanks for the 2 workers in Blood collection Registration dept who went above and beyond to help my husband Jim today. We arrived with no paper copy of requisition, we just had an email on my phone and it needed to be forwarded to the hospital email for printing. Their help was very much appreciated, and they both did without reluctance.
