I was not happy having to find a new nail place and I was referred by a friend to Cobe Nails. I have the BEST experiences there and all the technician's are awesome. They make it fun and relaxing. My favorite is Dao. I would highly recommend them for any service needed.

I went in today to get a pedicure and was told the wait would be about twenty minutes. The staff had me sit in one of the pedicure chairs while I waited. I ended up walking out after at least forty-five minutes of waiting. During my wait, I witnessed people walking in and being helped even though they arrived after I did. Someone in our party went up to talk to the receptionist to let her know that what was going on, she immediately blamed it on someone else saying that she wasn't at the counter when we walked in. Horrible experience, went in with three people, and was told would have a twenty minute wait time, in forty five minutes we were still waiting! The staff could only put blame on each other, they offered no resolutions, just became argumentative.

BE AWARE !!!! Started going to this place 6 weeks ago due to my original tech no longer at Amazing Nails. On Oct 20th had my second pedicure with the same tech and was concerned when I saw him take tools out of the plastic container next to him instead of the packaged one he came out with. Now three weeks later I have a nail infection and went to speak to them and they refused to take any responsibility.
