I guess they have new management. I went to order off their special menu and requested no onions I was told they are pre made and that’s how they come. So 2 of us ordered steaks. They were cooked awesome on the outside but raw in the center. Bill was over 100 for 3 and not worth the value.

Excellent in all areas. Best fish (Grilled Grouper) I have ever had. Service was outstanding. My new go to place.
Good food, friendly staff and great atmosphere
I would call them thieves. We received a gift card for $100 from a friend who stayed at our place and liked Cobb’s Landing so they bought a gift card in May 2019 and gave it to us as a thank you. We went there tonight and they would not honor the gift card. Basically they took the money for the gift card with no plan to honor it. The manager said he “got it” when I said this was dishonest, what he doesn’t get is they are dishonest and they lost a customer who is planning on tells this story over and over:

It was very nice. The people are nice and it’s on the water which was very nice also. Food was great.
