First of all, we rent a cabin for 9 people. Six of the nine are couples, so of course they would want to sleep together, right?!?! Book a cabin they take the money out of our act and then call back and say the owners want to come in ( weekend of the parade in 2020) say they can move us to another cabin, which is a little cheaper but older and not as updated, but had a great view and pool table and two flat tv’s, at least. No I do not recommend. Paid over a month ago for a family trip to the Gatlinburg Christmas parade. Family rented a 6 bedroom cabin and the day of arrival was told they didn’t have us down and did not plan to offer us any recourse. After a very forceful conversation with them we were finally offered a two bedroom cabin that slept 4, for a group of 9. Really!!!! Allow timely cancellations due to Covid 19 with no fees.!!!!!

That is correct, everything is open here and has been for quite a while. If you do cancel at this time we do charge 10% and a 20 dollar reservation fee. That is the same cancellation fee that was said and emailed at time of reservation. We do understand people have fears of travel, but as a small business we can not afford to allow the cabins to sit empty because someone changed their mind about travel. Make sure you get a cabin that things work in. 3 jacuzzis and something was wrong with each one. The one outside on the deck didn’t have working lights and the jets would turn on randomly, downstairs bathroom water would hardly come out the spout and jets did not work, upstairs one was leaking into the kitchen downstairs. Internet was very spotty which happens in the mountains. Said they had tv but the only thing we got was a country radio station and a static weTV. Best cabins in the Smokies!!!
My family stayed in Mountain Siesta last May and we loved it! I have already booked our next stay for spring break of this year and couldn’t be more excited for it. We are staying in Smoky Mountain Majesty this time. I highly recommend this cabin company. They are great!
